seattle, washington
Departure: 16:00
Seattle is a major coastal seaport and the seat of King County, in the state of Washington. Seattle lies on seven hills including Capitol Hill, First Hill, West Seattle, Beacon Hill, Magnolia, Denny Hill and Queen Anne. The Kitsap and the Olympic peninsulas along with the Olympic Mountains lie to the west of Puget Sound, while the Cascade Range and Lake Sammamish lie to the east of Lake Washington. An iconic feature of Seattle's skyline is the Space Needle. The view from the top is stunning with a revolving restaurant, undoubtedly Seattle's most famous landmark. Mount Rainier, towering over Seattle, is 50 miles from the city. There's a national park with camping and hiking activities. One of Seattle's most popular attractions is Pike Place Market. The farmer's market is over 100 years old and still maintains local flavour. The Seattle Aquarium showcases a wide variety of colourful marine species. To relive Seattle's history visit the city's oldest neighbourhood around Pioneer Square. Moreover, it's packed with exciting night clubs, restaurants and galleries. Seattle is one of the beautiful cities of the Pacific Northwest. Eclectic, urban, outdoorsy, artsy, gritty and down-to-earth, this vibrant city is well worth a visit.

Day 3
ketchikan, alaska
Arrival: 08:00 - Departure: 18:00
Ketchikan is a city in and the borough seat of the Ketchikan Gateway Borough of Alaska. It is the state's southeasternmost major settlement. Downtown Ketchikan is a National Historic District. With a population at the 2010 census of 8,050, it is the fifth-most populous city in the state, and tenth-most populous community when census-designated places are included. The surrounding borough, encompassing suburbs both north and south of the city along the Tongass Highway (most of which are commonly regarded as a part of Ketchikan, albeit not a part of the city itself), plus small rural settlements accessible mostly by water, registered a population of 13,477 in that same census. US Census results put the 2019 population at 13,901 people. Incorporated on August 25, 1900, Ketchikan is the earliest extant incorporated city in Alaska, because consolidation or unification elsewhere in Alaska resulted in the dissolution of those communities' city governments. Ketchikan is located on Revillagigedo Island, so named in 1793 by Captain George Vancouver. Ketchikan is named after Ketchikan Creek, which flows through the town, emptying into the Tongass Narrows a short distance southeast of its downtown. "Ketchikan" comes from the Tlingit name for the creek, Kitschk-hin, the meaning of which is unclear. It may mean "the river belonging to Kitschk"; other accounts claim it means "Thundering Wings of an Eagle". In modern Tlingit, this name is Kichx̱áan.

Day 5
campbell river, b.c.
Arrival: 00:00 - Departure: 00:00
Dubbed the "Salmon Capital of the World," sport fishing is king in Campbell River. This civic gateway to northern Vancouver Island has long enjoyed a sterling reputation among anglers from all corners of the globe. They continue to trek here in pursuit of peace, serenity, breathtaking scenery, and the promise of reeling in all five species of Pacific salmon. The lion's share of visitors arrive in the warm, fairly dry spring, summer and fall. These are peak seasons for wildlife viewing and flightseeing thanks to the half-dozen whale watching and bear watching tour operators who depart from the waterfront. Their destination: the prime Orca and (in the fall) grizzly bear habitats found in the Johnston Strait and among the jigsaw-puzzle collection of Discovery Islands east and north of Campbell River.

Arrival: 00:00 - Departure: 00:00
Telegraph Cove is a community of about 20 inhabitants, on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, located approximately 210 kilometres (130 mi) northwest of Campbell River. It is a former fishing and cannery village that has become a launch point for eco-tourism. It shares the inlet with Beaver Cove which is 3 km (2 mi) up the inlet. The community grew out of a one-room station at the northern terminus of the Campbell River telegraph line built by the federal government in 1911-12.:264 Next to the arts and crafts gallery stands the home of community pioneer Fred Wastell, whose father purchased most of the land around the cove. Together with Japanese investors, he established a chum salmon saltery and a small sawmill.

Arrival: 08:00 - Departure: 22:00
Victoria is blessed with a pretty waterfront location at the southern tip of nature-endowed Vancouver Island. It has retained its Commonwealth roots perhaps more strongly than any place in Canada. Many consider it the most British city in North America. Founded in 1843 as a Hudson Bay Trading Post, its colonial past has been well-preserved and is in a state of constant loving restoration. But aside its glorious colonial past, Victoria is also proud of its ancient roots. Victoria is still today the home of the Lekwungen People who are also known as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations. Their culture and history are still very much a part of the city. Victoria’s historic downtown is a model for maintaining architectural integrity while keeping everything squeaky clean. Add to this, numerous dining, nightlife, cultural, and shopping opportunities not to mention that it is the warmest place in all Canada, full of flowers almost all year round. That is the reason it is considered the jewel of Canada's west coast and dubbed the city of gardens. Victoria is a charming little city with a joyful and laid-back atmosphere surrounded by amazingly beautiful scenery. It is no wonder tourists flock to Victoria and generally rave about it.
